From Ground Zero to Full-Scale Operations
During my tenure at Veclar Technologies, I progressed through multiple positions, from Junior Sales Executive to Head of B2B Sales, building the company's entire sales infrastructure from the ground up. I personally recruited, trained, and managed the sales team, developing a comprehensive 3-4 week onboarding program that included mock sales calls, performance improvement plans (PIPs), and ongoing coaching. I deployed and optimized their GoHighLevel CRM system, creating automated workflows, pipeline management protocols, and analytics dashboards that gave leadership real-time visibility into sales performance.

Under my leadership, I drove over $2 million in average yearly recurring revenue, consistently exceeding targets while maintaining the company's highest standards for client acquisition and retention. Beyond revenue generation, I established departmental policies, conducted strategic planning sessions, and coordinated cross-functional collaboration between sales, marketing, support, and technical teams.
