Building Sales Infrastructure from Scratch
As a recent venture, I joined Acorn IT Services to build its sales function from the ground up. I led the development of their brand identity in the market, positioning them as a trusted managed IT services provider capable of delivering comprehensive technology solutions to businesses. I deployed their complete CRM infrastructure, configuring systems for lead tracking, client management, and service delivery workflows that provide visibility across the entire customer lifecycle. From day one, my focus has been on creating a scalable sales framework that supports rapid growth while maintaining operational excellence.
Building the Sales Department
Currently, I'm actively recruiting and building a high-performing sales team equipped to drive consistent client acquisition. I'm designing training programs, establishing sales processes, and implementing performance metrics that will ensure the team hits aggressive growth targets. My work includes developing outreach strategies, creating sales collateral, and establishing partnerships that position Acorn for long-term success in the competitive managed IT services market. This greenfield opportunity allows me to apply everything I've learned from previous ventures to create a revenue engine built for scale from the start.
